AirapSong Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content, moderation, reporting and enforcement for AI music, images and video.

Last updated:

Scope

This policy applies to prompts, lyrics, uploaded photos and audio, generated songs, images, videos and exported music videos. AirapSong is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Use only materials and likenesses you have permission to use, and identify AI-generated media when sharing it could otherwise mislead viewers.

Prohibited content

The following six categories are prohibited:

  1. Pornography and NSFW content: sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, fetish content and non-consensual sexual imagery.
  2. Violence and gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, cruelty or content encouraging violent harm. Do not glorify terrorism or provide instructions for violence or weapons of mass destruction.
  3. Hate speech: dehumanization, threats, incitement or discriminatory abuse targeting people based on protected characteristics.
  4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM: any sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions. Do not submit minors' photos to the Hotel Lobby tool.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: non-consensual or deceptive depictions of real people, fake endorsements, fraud and misleading impersonation. Permission-based creative use does not authorize deception, sexual exploitation or abuse.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected music, lyrics, images, characters, logos or other works, or falsely claiming affiliation with a rights holder.

Also prohibited are harassment, doxxing, encouragement of self-harm, unlawful surveillance, spam, fraud and attempts to evade safety checks or account limits. Do not present generated content as reliable medical, legal or financial advice.

How moderation works

The backend screens text against local rules before requesting remote text moderation. Uploaded reference images and generated images are reviewed through the configured safety service. Videos are reviewed through sampled frames before approved output is delivered. The current remote moderation integration is SEEAPI.

Song checks cover returned text and cover artwork; audio itself is not reviewed. Video checks do not inspect every frame or the audio track. Checks can miss violations or incorrectly flag benign content. A review failure or unavailable safety service can hold a result rather than release it. Changing the generation model does not remove these checks.

Task records retain moderation status and available review details for troubleshooting. There is no claim of continuous human monitoring, a 24-hour review team, or guaranteed detection. AirapSong does not provide a public user-content gallery; a person who obtains an R2 media URL can still open that asset.

Reporting and appeals

Email help@airapsong.com to report content or appeal a moderation decision, with “Content report” or “Moderation appeal” in the subject. You can also sign in to submit and follow Support Tickets. Include the task ID or media link, the category of concern and a short explanation. Do not attach or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material; provide the relevant reference instead. For a rights complaint, explain your rights and identify the material concerned.

Reports are assessed by the operator using the information available. Additional details may be requested through the ticket. Serious child-safety, exploitation, threats and rights complaints are prioritized. The outcome and any further steps can be communicated in the same ticket. This channel is not an emergency service, and no fixed response-time guarantee is offered.

Enforcement

Actions may include rejecting a request, withholding output, removing a task from the library, and removing an identified asset from storage where the operator controls it. Content restrictions and generation limits may be applied through the available service controls. Copies previously downloaded or held by third parties cannot be recalled. Suspected unlawful activity may be referred to the appropriate authorities where required. A moderation rejection is not itself a cash refund; see the Refund Policy.

If a decision seems wrong, explain why in the support ticket and request reassessment. Do not evade a decision by opening another account or disguising the request.
