AirapSong Service Terms

Available features

AirapSong offers configured AI song, image and video generation, alongside separately labelled local previews. The music-video tool combines a selected cloud song with AI footage and a title overlay. Footage may loop to match the chosen duration. It does not provide facial animation or precise lip synchronization. Local exports depend on browser MP4 recording support and require a visible tab.

Your materials and results

Submit only photos, music, lyrics and other material you are authorized to use. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, harassment, infringement or unlawful content. AI results can be inaccurate, unsuitable or inconsistent; inspect them before sharing. Service access does not grant rights in another person's likeness, music or work, and is not a guarantee of commercial-use clearance.

Content review

Text is checked locally and by a configured moderation provider. Images and sampled video frames are reviewed before delivery. Song review covers returned text and cover art; audio is not reviewed. Review can delay or block a result and does not guarantee that all inappropriate content is detected.

Credits and availability

Live generation deducts application credits according to the selected model. Confirmed task failures use the credit-return workflow. Deleting or abandoning a submitted task does not cancel provider charges. External services may be unavailable or return incomplete results. Paid checkout and subscriptions remain unavailable until payment onboarding and validation are completed; displayed plan information is not a completed purchase.

Storage

Cloud task records are associated with your account; media links are publicly retrievable by anyone who knows the full address. Local previews stay in browser storage. Download results you need to retain. Deleting an entry removes it from the application and does not guarantee immediate deletion of upstream or previously downloaded copies.

Accounts and underlying models

Public sign-in uses Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and must be at least 18 years old. AirapSong is an independent service, not an official product of a model provider. Current generation routes include AI Music M3 through SEEAPI, Seedance 2.5, MiniMax H3 and H3 Direct; image/video selectors identify the selected provider model. Availability can vary by configured provider. AI outputs are probabilistic and are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, copyrightable or cleared for commercial use.

One-time packs, payment and refunds

The pricing page lists Starter (400 credits, 30 days), Standard (2,500 credits, 90 days) and Premium (6,000 credits, 365 days), with validity starting on delivery. These packs do not automatically renew or top up. The price, currency and any applicable taxes must be shown before checkout. Credits are delivered to the associated AirapSong account after verified payment; a checkout redirect alone is not proof of payment.

When Waffo Pancake processes a purchase, it acts as the merchant of record and reseller for that transaction. AirapSong remains responsible for its creation service and application credits. Waffo Buyer Terms govern its purchase service. Paid checkout is not yet enabled on AirapSong; provider product registration does not itself enable billing. Read the Refund Policy for unused-credit refunds, billing errors and statutory rights. No provision removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content policy and support

The Acceptable Use Policy lists pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content, deepfakes/impersonation and intellectual-property infringement separately, and explains review, reporting and enforcement. It applies to every generation model. Contact help@airapsong.com for support or review of a decision, or use Support Tickets. Safety filtering cannot be bypassed by switching models. Service features and provider availability may change; material policy changes will be explained in an appropriate service notice.
