Credits and video packs explained

Credit packs provide a shared balance for songs, images and eligible video generation. Video packs provide a fixed number of Hotel Lobby uses for one resolution. The two balances are separate.

One-time purchases

The current packs are one-time payments, with no automatic renewal. Review the amount, quantity and any validity period displayed before purchasing. The generate button shows the cost of the selected settings.

After payment

Checkout opens in a new tab. Return to your creation after payment; the original inputs remain on the page. Once the balance updates, submit again to generate. Payment does not automatically start a new generation.

Check your orders and credit history in your account. For payment questions, contact help@airapsong.com with your order reference. See the refund policy for eligibility.
